The Under 16 National Championships is a standalone event for males and females.
Held in June/July School holiday period each year this event is the entry level for athletes to first represent their State or Territory.
The 2026 Under 16 National Championships will be hosted by Basketball Australia in Bendigo, Victoria. Commencing Sunday 5th July and concluding on Sunday 12th July.
